​Experimenta una cosa bella al día. Por pequeña que sea. Por trivial que sea. Lee un poema. Ponte una canción que te guste. Ríe con un amigo. Contempla el cielo justo antes de la última caída del sol hacia la noche. Ve una película clásica. Cómete un trozo de tarta de limón. Lo que sea. Tan sólo recuérdate con algo sencillo que el mundo está lleno de maravillas. Aunque estemos en un punto de la vida en el que no seamos capaces de valorarlas, a veces ayuda recordar que en este mundo hay cosas que disfrutar cuando estemos preparados.

​Experience one beautiful thing a day. No matter how small it may be. No matter how trivial. Read a poem. Put on a song you like. Laugh with a friend. Gaze at the sky just before the sun’s final descent into the night. Watch a classic movie. Eat a piece of lemon tart. Whatever it is. Just remind yourself with something simple that the world is full of wonders. Even if we are at a point in life where we are unable to appreciate them, sometimes it helps to remember that in this world there are things to enjoy when we are ready.
