On the coast of Oaxaca the natives indulge in a beverage that in all my drinking years I’ve not encountered. I was instructed word of mouth of its preparation and here goes my attempt.
Ingredients:
Coconut Water – 1 Litre
Mint (Hierbabuena) – 3 Tablespoons
Ice Cubes – 2 Dozen
Evaporated Milk – 200 Milligrams
Lemon Rind – 3 Tablespoons
Sugar – 2 Cups
Gin – 2 Cups
Preparation:
Add ingredients in the order listed, stir and serve chilled.
Wow! Sounds GREAT! (Except, I don’t really drink much alcohol, except an occasional half-glass of wine perhaps twice a year or something). I want to try this, though. Thanks for the recipe.

You don’t have to douce it with alcohol. It tasted quite refreshing without.

🙂 Alas, I’m no wine-connoisseur, either. Thanks, though!
