1,2,3, Lord Help Me

“Set a guard over my mouth, LORD; keep watch over the door of my lips. Do not let my heart be drawn to what is evil so that I take part in wicked deeds along with those who are evildoers; do not let me eat their delicacies.” (Psalms 141:2,3)

Beautifully human: complex and volatile, and susceptible to the energies of this world. Woefully human: consuming and vicious, and tainted by an inner conflict of love and evil. 

Guard and guide us dear Lord is my prayer.
