quote A collection of contradictions

How willing are to give up ruler ship of your life to God? Drop out of the pursuits of fleshly things for the flesh withers away; instead keep in the soul saving race forever. Take firm hold of the baton of life, given by the Holy Spirit from our Holy Father to run the race as did the Christ, and great things will unfold along the curves and stretches of the journey.

A collection of contradictions🪽Narrated by TheFallenPoet. “I’m a collection of paradoxes. Either I laugh too easily or think too deeply. Too present, too lost. Too expressive, too silent. Too sensitive, too cold hearted. Too emotional, too numb.” I’m a messy contradiction. I can see beauty in the smallest things, yet I’m often pessimistic about the bigger picture. In a room full of people, young or old, I sometimes feel like one of the most aware when it comes to simple common sense, yet I still do things that go against what most people would consider normal behavior. I can say I’m a social person. I’m open minded enough to give everyone their fair chance. But you lose my attention quickly if you can’t listen and only use a conversation as a stage to talk about yourself. 📕 I wrote a book Between Heaven & Earth for those who feel like they exist between contradictions, someone who can think deeply, feel intensely, and still be trying to understand themselves and the world around them. It’s a collection of poems about emotional depth, self awareness, and the quiet process of becoming. Comment “Book” and I’ll send you the link. #poetry #selfreflection #emotionaldepth #philosophy #growth
